The Accessibility Highlander, operated by Cairn Digital LLC ("I," "my," or "me"), is a web accessibility services company. This policy describes what information I collect when you use this website, how I use it, and your rights with respect to it. Contact and audit request forms

When you submit a contact form or request a free audit, I collect the information you provide: your name, email address, organization, phone number (optional), website URL, and message. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and deliver your requested audit report.

Anonymous site analytics

I collect anonymous usage data to understand how visitors use this site. This includes the pages visited, general referral source (e.g., Google, Direct), and a one-way anonymized hash of your IP address and browser type. This hash cannot be reversed to identify you, is not linked to any personal information, and is not shared with any third party. No tracking cookies are set for this purpose.

Third-Party Services

I use the following third-party services in the operation of this site:

  • Gmail (Google) — used to deliver email notifications of form submissions. Submitted form data is transmitted through Gmail's servers.
  • MongoDB Atlas — form submissions and anonymous analytics data are stored in a hosted MongoDB database. Data is stored in the United States.

Data Retention

Form submission data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill your request and maintain reasonable business records. Anonymous analytics data is retained for 90 days. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting me.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information I hold about you. To make such a request, contact me at the email address below. I will respond within 30 days.
