I conduct a full manual audit of the site or document at issue — independent of any prior audits or reports. My findings are my own.
Written Expert Report
A detailed, court-ready report documenting my methodology, findings, WCAG citations, and conclusions. Written to withstand cross-examination.
Deposition and Trial Testimony
I'm available for deposition preparation, deposition testimony, and trial testimony as needed.
Settlement Support
If the case moves toward settlement, I can evaluate proposed remediation roadmaps and provide a technical opinion on their adequacy.
